Can Mr.Behrend, or anyone else,, assure us that a new constitution will not adversely affect teacher or state retirements?
I would say yes. The new constitution could easily make payments to the retirement fund guaranteed. In addition, if teachers and state employees don’t like the outcome, they will have enough voters across the state to prevent its ratification.
We need a constitutional convention to establish a family rights amendment to stop the war on families by Illinois DCF$.
